Resilience is as the capability to maintain high performance and positive wellbeing in the face of adverse conditions, reacting positively to significant sources of stress, bouncing back from adversity and change. Not all stress relates to external factors, how we perceive difficult moments in our lives has a big impact on how overwhelmed we may feel. During this interactive workshop, we will explore: • Understanding stress and external versus internal triggers • How to identify when you’re surviving not thriving and your own personal triggers for stress and burnout • Exploring the foundations of resilience and flexibility as key leadership skills • Combating unhealthy perfectionism and rigid thought patterns • Creating your resilience and flexibility action plan This is an interactive workshop which will equip you with evidence-based knowledge, space to reflect and techniques to help you feel calmer, more confident and in control.
